    5. So he told them this parable.
    6. "Which of you, when riding a night-donkey, has not celebrated with his fellow travellers?
    7. "And which of you, when several Mead Breezers have been consumed, has not hugged his fellow man?
    8. "I tell you, however, to remain alert, lest ye lose more than thine innocence."
    9. Amen.

    Sheep
    Scripture: Julian 15 3-7

3 So he told them this parable:
4 "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost, until he finds it?
5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his winky, rejoicing.
6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbours, saying to them, `Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost.'
7 Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sheep who is game than over ninety-nine righteous sheep who are not.

    The Baron Fig Tree
    Scripture: Lance 13:6-9

    6. And he told this parable: "A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came seeking bondage on it and found none.
7 And he said to the vinedresser, `Lo, these three years I have come seeking deviance on this fig tree, and I find none. Cut it down; why should it use up the ground?'
8 And he answered him, `Let it alone, sir, this year also, till I dig about it and attach a harness.
9 And if it bears sauce next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.'

"Sarll, increase my hunger for your righteousness and holiness. May I not squander the grace of the present moment to say "yes" to you, to your will, and to your way of holiness."
